You are invited to escape the winter blues with an evening in the luxurious surroundings of the historic Buxted Park Hotel. Let French jazz singer Aurora Chanson entertain you at a Champagne and canapé reception which will be followed by a sumptuous three course meal. A silent auction will take place during the evening.
We are thrilled to welcome our guest speaker, the famous historian David Starkey. Though he specialised in Tudor history, his strong opinions have made him a frequent guest on programmes such as BBC Radio 4's The Moral Maze and Question Time.

1. Sun blushed tomato arancini, olive tapenade, courgette caviar, focaccia bread (V, VE, DF)
2. Cherry smoked duck breast, pickled carrot, celeriac remoulade, herb salad
3. Asian prawn cocktail, teriyaki and lime marinade prawns, wasabi & avocado mayonnaise (GF)
MAIN COURSE
1. Roast rump of Southdown lamb, dauphinoise potato, maple parsnips, carrot purée, thyme red wine jus (GF)

2. Grilled fillet of sea trout, fondant potato, glazed leeks, pancetta & thyme fish cream (GF)
3. Spinach & sweet potato filo parcel, red pepper gel, roasted squash, salsa verde (V, Ve)
DESSERT
1. Dark chocolate brownie, salted caramel, popcorn ice cream, toffee popcorn
2. Raspberry cheesecake, crème fraiche sorbet, raspberry gel, raspberry granola
3. Citrus lemon tart, strawberry sorbet, mini meringues, strawberry gel

Things you need to know before you book
- Tables are for 12 people - you can book and pay for everyone on one form or ask friends to book their own place and select your table (giving your name)
- You can book to join a table with other individuals, couples or groups
- The last day for booking is Monday 16 January 2023
- You will be required to enter the menu choices of everyone you book for. If you would like to do this at a later date, just tick the box indicating this on the online form.

- Hotel rooms can be booked at the discounted rate of £200 per night.
