Jeremy Clark
Husband of Valerie and father of Rupert and Louise, died peacefully on 21 November with his family at his side. Jeremy was a pillar of the local community and a wonderful supporter of FSH over the past 25 years. He and Valerie, an FSH Patron, founding member and past Trustee, have generously hosted many successful and memorable fundraising events and countless AGMs in their beautiful barn at Hobbs Barton. Jeremy is a great loss to the community and he will be sorely missed by his many friends within FSH.
Robin Spike
Husband of Ann and father of Joanna and Adam, passed away peacefully at home on 5 August after a short illness. Robin was a staunch supporter of FSH and volunteered at many events. His cheerful presence will be sorely missed by his many friends and colleagues.
Mary Edwards
Sister of Kathy Gore, who died in the care of St Helena’s hospice in Colchester on 1st March 2020. She was a great supporter of Friends of Sussex Hospices and requested donations be made to FSH in her memory.
Pia, Lady Chelwood
Pia, the wife of the late Sir Tuftan Beamish (author and MP for Lewes) was a long standing supporter of FSH, attending events well into her 90's. She will be sadly missed.
Elizabeth Botting
Liz was one of the founding fundraising committee members of Friends of Sussex Hospices in 1995 and served as a Trustee of the charity from 2005-2011. She worked on many event committees over the years until poor health forced her to stand down in March 2018.
David Nelson
David was an active supporter and volunteer for FSH. He will be sorely missed by his FSH friends and colleagues
